Order Processing Times

We will endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within 7-12 business days.

Orders may come in SEPARATE PACKAGING.

    • Please note that business days are Monday till Friday - British Summer Time (BST)
    • Our parcels are picked up daily between Monday and Friday- British Summer Time (BST)
      During the Christmas Period our normal processing times can be affected due to the sheer volume of orders being placed during this time. We will of course try to keep this to a minimum, but please be aware during this extremely busy time delays in dispatching orders can occur. 
    • All time frames quoted exclude all UK Public Holidays. 

    UK Delivery Times

    7-14 Working Days

    All shipping times are working days (Mon-Fri) and based from the time your order is dispatched. 

    All shipping times are estimates based on recent delivery times, we are not responsible for any delays due to no fault of our own such as due to couriers, customs, special events or COVID-19. 

    For updated shipping times, these will be visible at the checkout process prior to completing your order. 

    UK Tracking

    All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail.


    International Shipping Times

    All shipping times are working days (Mon-Fri) and based from the time you placed your order.

    International Customs

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid when you make your purchase. Please check with your local postal services for full details on thresholds. 

     

    International Tracking

    When parcels are shipped from our warehouse, an automated email is sent to customers to provide the tracking number for that shipment.

    Once the parcel reaches your country, it then is subject to be checked and cleared by the Customs Department in your region. This process can take 3-10 business days usually, depending on where you live.

    After that has occurred, and your parcel has cleared Customs, the parcel is then handed over to the postal service in your region to complete delivery to your location.
